Summer has arrived! It's absolutely more fun in the Philippines! Here you can enjoy one of Filipinos' favorite during summer! Halu Halo!

Halu halo is a mixture of sweetened Philippine fruits with crushed ice and filled with milk and other toppings! some tops it with Leche Flan and/or ice cream! One of the best tasting Halu Halo I have ever enjoyed is a product of Razon's here in Dagupan City! The taste is different from all. All ingredients must be well-prepared and it must be the milk! Anyways, I'm enjoying my halu halo right now for only P 15.00 just along the street of Bonuan Gueset, Dagupan City. Cheap but still Halu Halo. It's the taste and the relief from the heat! Not the price! I hope Razon's would invite me for some free cups! In Filipino, "Mas Masarap ang Libre!"

I remember Halu Halo Festival has been one of the major event during Bangus Festival in 2011. And Dagupan City Bangus Festival 2012 is coming! It's More Fun in Dagupan City! Enjoy "Ang Sarap ng Betel!" As a matter of fact, milkfish is locally called here "Betel". So what's the connection? Betel does also mean Coldness! Ahaha. Just enjoy both Betels! Halu Halo and Bangus! Just don't mix them together! (laughing out loud)
